1. About Kirtan Connect
Kirtan Connect is an online platform that helps devotees discover and connect with local kirtan mandlies for spiritual gatherings such as bhajans, kirtans, satsangs, birthdays, festivals, housewarming ceremonies, and other devotional events.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information while registering.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide correct booking information.
- Communicate respectfully with mandlies.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the application.
4. Mandli Responsibilities
Registered mandlies agree to:
- Provide accurate profile information.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication.
- Honor confirmed bookings whenever reasonably possible.
- Inform customers promptly if they are unable to attend an event.
5. Booking Process
Kirtan Connect facilitates communication and booking requests between devotees and registered mandlies. A booking is considered confirmed only after both parties mutually agree on the event details.
6. Payments
Kirtan Connect does not currently collect, process, or facilitate payments through the application.
Any payment, donation, honorarium, or other financial arrangement is made directly between the devotee and the selected mandli. Kirtan Connect is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for any payment-related disputes.
7. Cancellations
If either party needs to cancel a booking, they should inform the other party as early as possible through the contact details shared during the booking process.
Since Kirtan Connect does not process payments, it does not manage refunds, payment disputes, or compensation between users and mandlies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kirtan Connect acts solely as a platform connecting devotees with kirtan mandlies.
We do not guarantee the availability, quality, performance, conduct, or suitability of any mandli or customer. Users are responsible for making their own decisions before confirming a booking.
9. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Provide false information.
- Violate these Terms.
- Misuse the platform.
- Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and branding associated with Kirtan Connect are the property of Kirtan Connect unless otherwise stated.
11. Privacy
Your use of Kirtan Connect is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
